1 General Terms & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and g5666 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the g5666 website at https://g5666.app, including all subpages, services, games, promotional offers, and payment features available therein.

By completing the registration process and creating an account at g5666, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register or use the g5666 platform.

Key Definitions

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To access real-money games and sports betting at g5666, you must register an Account. Registration is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

Registration Process

Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance held.

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) Account on g5666. If you discover that duplicate accounts exist under your name or contact details — for example, as a result of a technical error — you must contact the support team immediately at [email protected] to request consolidation. g5666 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and, in cases of deliberate multi-accounting, to confiscate any winnings generated across those accounts.

Account Credentials

Upon registration, you will create a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. g5666 will never contact you to request your password. You must notify g5666 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. g5666 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3 Age Restriction & Verification

g5666 is committed to preventing underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, we require Players to submit identity verification documents at first withdrawal or whenever our risk assessment deems it necessary. Accepted documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.

Parental Controls

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has accessed g5666 using your credentials or device, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We will work with you to close the Account, investigate the activity, and where possible return deposited funds. We strongly encourage parents and guardians to use device-level parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites.

Players who provide false date-of-birth information during registration in order to circumvent the age restriction will have their Account closed permanently. Any remaining Balance will be forfeited, and g5666 reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

g5666 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed through secured, encrypted channels. g5666 does not store card details on its own servers.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account within 1–5 minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• Card deposits (Visa / Mastercard) may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your Account Balance.
• You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
• g5666 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or card issuer may apply their own charges; please check with your provider.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in order to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for KYC-verified accounts.
• First withdrawals and withdrawals above ৳50,000 are subject to full KYC document review before processing.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• g5666 reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

g5666 offers a range of promotional incentives to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin awards, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All promotions are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion's description on the Platform.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are displayed in your Account with a "Bonus" label.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time window — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit, as specified per promotion.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus wagering applies to slot games only. Live casino, table games, sports betting, and crash games may be excluded or may contribute a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements.
• Maximum bet with active Bonus Funds is ৳500 per spin or per bet, unless a lower limit is stated in the specific promotion terms. Bets placed above this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing one is active will cause the existing bonus to be forfeited.
• g5666 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases of suspected abuse or error in the promotional setup.

Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, using automated betting patterns to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, colluding with other Players to exploit bonus structures, or any other conduct designed to extract value from promotions in bad faith — is a material breach of these Terms. g5666 reserves the right to confiscate all Bonus Funds and any associated winnings and to permanently close Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the g5666 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in creating an Account with false identity information.
• Using any software, script, bot, crawler, or automated tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or malfunctions in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings generated as a result of a known error must be reported to support immediately and are not payable.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or any form of fraudulent or deceptive betting activity.
• Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own name, or using the Platform to launder proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Posting, transmitting, or disseminating abusive, threatening, or harassing content via any communication feature on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise gain unauthorised access to the Platform's software, source code, or databases.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction or to circumvent security measures.

g5666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of any of the above prohibitions, and to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, g5666 may report the matter to law enforcement authorities and seek recovery of any losses suffered.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

g5666 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity or contact information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after a request is made.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments.
• A chargeback or payment dispute raised against g5666 by the Player or the Player's payment provider.
• Prolonged Account inactivity (defined as no login for 12 consecutive months) — in this case, g5666 will send prior notice to the registered email address before closure.

Voluntary Closure

Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting g5666 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary time-out (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion via the support team. Self-excluded accounts are locked immediately and cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period. g5666 will suppress all marketing communications to self-excluded Players. 8 Limitation of Liability & Disputes

g5666 provides the Platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service, accurate odds, and reliable payment processing, g5666 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, g5666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to game malfunction, network interruption, or payment provider delays. g5666's total aggregate liability to any individual Player shall in no event exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet — including software errors, disconnections, or data feed failures in live betting markets — g5666 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a known malfunction are not payable.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the g5666 Platform, you should contact [email protected] in the first instance, providing full details of the issue. g5666 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours (BST) and to resolve them within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the complaint process, you may request escalation to g5666's senior compliance team by stating this in your reply to the initial resolution.
